Our footer may display a feed from our X (Twitter) account, @BrauerLtd. When this content loads, X may set its own cookies, which may be used for analytics or advertising. This content only loads if you accept the relevant cookie category.

4.4 Live chat
We offer a live chat window on the Site so that you can reach us quickly with a question. It is provided by Tidio.
The chat loads on every page and stores information in your browser’s local storage as soon as the page opens — that is, before you make a choice on the cookie banner. We have chosen to run it this way so that the chat is available to every visitor straight away, and we consider it part of the service we offer on the Site rather than a tracking or advertising technology. It is not used for analytics, profiling or advertising.
What this means for you:
- You do not have to use the chat. Nothing is sent to us unless you open the chat window and send a message.
- If you would prefer this information were not stored, you can clear your browser’s local storage for this Site, or block it through your browser settings (see section 6). The rest of the Site will continue to work normally.

We do not currently use advertising or remarketing cookies (such as Google Ads or the Meta/Facebook Pixel). If this changes, we will update this policy and add the relevant categories to our cookie banner before any such cookies are set.

You can also manage cookies through your browser settings — including deleting existing cookies or blocking new ones. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the Site (such as login and checkout) from working.
