Fixed gap Brauer Air Amplifiers (Air Amplifiers) in zinc and aluminium alloy, 10–125 mm bore. Factory-preset, tamper-proof output volume; shims available to widen the fixed annular air gap.
Description
Fixed gap Air Amplifiers have 3 general uses, they are: Conveying of small parts, particles and granules, Extracting of fumes and gases and thirdly Cooling of products, machines and any other temperature reduction needs.
The output volume is factory preset and tamper proof, however should the engineer need to enhance the flow rate beyond what can be achieved from the compressed air supply, then additional shims can be purchased from Brauer to increase the fixed annular air gap.
Be aware of cheap copies being passed off in the market place as Brauer, if it doesn’t have ‘Brauer’ cast into the body then it is untested and unreliable.
