Description
Brauer Vertical Positive Locking Clamps combine the rapid action of a vertical toggle clamp with a positive mechanical lock. A removable locking pin sets the opening angle and holds the clamp securely closed, preventing accidental release under vibration or load.
Arm opens through: pin position 1 = 90°, pin position 2 = 120°, pin removed = 180°. Handle opens through: pin position 1 = 70°, pin position 2 = 80°, pin removed = 110°. Nominal holding forces of 250-350 daN; higher clamping forces are available at the locked pin positions.
Standard models are supplied with a zinc-plated screw, nut, washers and neoprene cover.
