Vulkollan 90 Guide Rollers

Vulkollan 90 polyurethane guide rollers with 92° Shore A hardness. Temperature range of operation -40° to +85°C. The polyurethane is non-marking, with high resistance to axial loading, and runs quietly. Used in conveyor applications, systems of transporting products along material handling systems or in areas of support for hanging structures or components, as found in escalators, sorting, overhead conveyors, conveyors for letter & mail, and baggage handling airport equipment. Higher load capacity than Vulkopan, due to the chemical bonding and therefore far more resistant to axial forces. Vulkollan unlike Vulkopan can be machined after setting for specific tolerancing.
