Returns and Cancellations Policy
At Brauer, every product is manufactured with care and precision.
To ensure clarity for our customers, all cancellations and returns are handled strictly in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
Order Cancellations
Orders placed with Brauer Ltd cannot be cancelled unless Brauer has provided explicit written consent. Where cancellation is agreed, the Buyer must indemnify Brauer for any costs or losses incurred as a result of, or in connection with, the cancellation.
Goods returned without Brauer’s prior consent will not be accepted for credit.
If an order is cancelled after Brauer has issued design drawings for approval, Brauer reserves the right to charge a fee of 50% of the order value to cover design time, drawing time and intellectual property rights.
Returning Goods for Credit
Brauer will only accept goods for credit where a cancellation has been agreed in advance and the following conditions are met:
Authorisation Required
All returns must be approved by Brauer prior to dispatch. A return reference will be issued by Brauer Sales, and goods sent without this reference will not be accepted for credit.
30-Day Limit
Goods will not be considered for credit more than 30 days after the date of invoice, unless otherwise agreed by Brauer.
Minimum Value
Goods with a net value below £100 will not be considered for credit.
Handling Charge
Goods over £100 net returned within the permitted period will be subject to a 20% handling charge of the net order value, unless otherwise agreed by Brauer.
Condition of Goods
All returned goods must be inspected by Brauer and deemed suitable for resale. Goods that do not meet resale condition will be returned to the Buyer and will not be accepted for credit.
Return Shipping
The Buyer is responsible for the cost of returning goods unless the return is due to an error by Brauer.
Brauer recommends using a tracked delivery service, as Brauer cannot be held responsible for loss or damage in transit.
Where the return is the result of a Brauer error, Brauer will arrange collection and credit the Buyer in full upon receipt and inspection of the goods.
Credits & Refunds
Where a cancellation and return have been approved and all conditions met, Brauer will issue credit by the same payment method used for the original purchase.
