GDPR and Transactional emails

Transactional emails we send
  • Order Acknowledgement - This email is a confirmation of your order to Brauer Ltd and includes the carriage charge and expected despatch date.
  • Despatch confirmation - this email tells you when your Brauer order has been despatched
  • Sales Invoice - This is our invoice to cover the goods you have purchased from us. Your order number will be included.
  • Purchase Order - To cover goods we have purchased from you.
Information we hold
For the purposes of our trading relationship we hold the following information
  • Company name, address and telephone/fax numbers
  • Employee name and email address (only when given to us)
  • Bank details (in some cases)
You are not subscribed
You'll be pleased to know that receiving a transactional email doesn't mean you are now subscribed to receive other emails. Our transactional emails are system generated and sent only in one of the instances listed above, you will not be subscribed to any mailing list. Any data which the organisation holds will not be shared externally unless legally required to do so.
