Reach Legislation

With reference to the implementation of the European chemicals regulation REACH (Registration, Evaluation and Authorisation of Chemicals), Brauer Limited has the following statement.

Under the REACH legislation substances on their own, in preparations, or substances intentionally released from articles, and that are manufactured or imported into the European Union in quantities above 1 tonne per year per manufacturer/ importer must be registered.

Brauer Limited does not manufacture or distribute and/or import substances on their own or in preparations.

Brauer products are defined by REACH as Articles without the intent to release into the environment under normal use and disposal as outlined in the European Chemical Agency's 'Guidance on requirements for substances in articles' and therefore we have no registration obligation under the REACH legislation requirements.
